General Information

We offer a Patient Choice system for appointments. GP consultations are available via telephone (or video) as well as Face to Face. These can be booked up to four weeks in advance. If you have a clinically urgent issue we have some same day appointments with a GP, however these are for urgent issues only, we encourage you to plan for all routine or non-urgent clinical issues in advance.

Our team includes GPs, Nurses, Pharmacists, Musculoskeletal First Contact Practitioner (Specialist Physiotherapist), Mental Health Practitioner and Case Manager (part of the My Care My Way Service for >65s with frailty conditions).

An appointment is required to see us. Appointments are between 10 and 15 minutes. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your face to face appointment you will have to rebook.

We endeavour to let you book an appointment with the doctor or nurse of your choice at a time that suits you best. This may not always be possible especially at times of high demand and when the staff member is on study or annual leave.

We offer a telephone interpreter service, please give as much notice as possible if you need this.

Our opening hours are 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday and we also offer appointments until 9pm on weekdays and on weekend mornings at our extended access service at the nearby St Charles hub.

Telephone Appointments

These can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance.

You will be booked into a telephone for the morning or afternoon, the time of the appointment is approximate as urgent problems can affect exact timings. The doctors will usually call from our number (02089692626).

Video Consultations

Please book your appointment (see above). During the consultation the doctor can convert this to a video consultation.
